About Company

After 26 years of working at the Texas A&M University 7ft x 10 ft Low Speed Wind Tunnel and focusing on good customer care and facility upgrade.  Mr. Martinez has taken the step to provide his experience and know-how to people without focusing in the use of one facility.  JLMLLM Consulting as an independent, will help select the best facility for the project at hand.  The JLMLLM Low Speed Wind Tunnel has been added (9/2018) as a resource for research and work with the oil industry and others.
